Mission and vision

As Zuyd Group, we offer financial service and assistance in a socially responsible manner, setting us apart from other service providers in this field.

Customer service

On this page, you will find additional information regarding our services. If you still have questions after reading the available information, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help you!

Zuyd Group's corporate culture is best described as 'hostmanship'. Hostmanship is the superlative of customer-oriented entrepreneurship. It comprises the 'human' treatment of customers, empathy, the expertise of service providers and a genuine desire to solve a customer problem. Simply put: making customers feel welcome and valued.

Hostmanship goes a little further than protocolised service. Hostmanship is about giving. It is a way of life. Gunnarsson says about it in his book 'Hostmanship': "One of the big differences between hostmanship and friendly service orientation is the feeling that stays with you when the guest has long since left. Service assumes the recipient: as long as the guest is satisfied, you have done your job well. Hostmanship, on the other hand, focuses on the provider. Hostmanship is inside you. You carry it with you and it contributes to your personal development".

Six pillars of Zuyd Group

Zuyd Group, like Hostmanship, uses six measurable pillars:
1. Being of service

You are there for the client, surprise him!

2. Taking responsibility

You feel responsible for (solving) the problem.

3. Show consideration

Show that you really care.

4. Seeing the whole

The employee determines the performance of the whole organisation.

5. Engage in dialogue

Engage with the customer to understand the problem and reach a solution.

6. Leveraging knowledge

You answer the client based on your knowledge.

Vision of Zuyd Group

Our corporate culture can therefore then be translated into the following vision:

  • We do not see a financial problem in isolation from the person behind the problem.
  • Flexible in thought and action, we provide solutions to any issue within the financial services and assistance sector.
  • Within all our disciplines, we look for innovative solutions to support our services.

Quality & certifications

Royal Association of Bailiffs (KBvG)
Zuyd Group (part collection & bailiffs) is certified according to the KBvG Norms for Quality. With the KBvG Standards of Quality, the professional group sets a qualitative standard that pays attention to guaranteeing the commercial quality of service provision and good business management. The KBvG Standards for Quality consist of a coherent set of standards and best practices. The standards of the KBvG Standards of Quality are provisions with which the judicial officer must comply.
CBM national quality office
Zuyd Group (guardianship section) is Certified according to the National Quality Bureau CBM. Professional receivers, protection administrators and mentors must meet quality requirements such as the way the organisation hires, trains and supervises its staff. The subdistrict court also checks how the organisation is managed. The Landelijk Kwaliteitsbureau CBM checks whether professional curators, protection administrators and mentors (still) meet the legal requirements.
Starting qualification SRCM standard
The Certification Council has awarded Zuyd Group the SRCM starter qualification. This starting qualification is - after accession - the first stage in the certification process. Within six months, the phase 2 audit must be completed. SRCM stands for Social Responsible Credit Management. It is a standard for socially responsible debt collection. The main thrust of the standard is that a debt must be resolved for all parties. But it is about more than just debt collection. The standard also contains parts of general guidelines on corporate social responsibility and sustainability. These include good employment practices, cooperation with stakeholders, greening, social initiatives and communication.
