Nibud

Have you lost track? Then it's useful to sort everything out first. On the website of Nibud you can find information on topics such as borrowing, debt, making ends meet and saving. Nibud also helps you with budget tips and calculation tools.

Municipal debt relief

If you can't get there yourself, apply for debt assistance from the municipality. Municipalities are obliged to help you if you have debts. This does not mean that they will take over your debts, but they will help you find a solution. For instance, the municipality can mediate with the person to whom you still have to pay an amount. In addition, the municipality can help you sort out your situation. Contact your municipality to find out more about the possibilities in your area.

Payment in instalments sometimes possible after all

In some cases, it is possible to make an arrangement however small the repayment amount may be. Then you can pay in parts. We will assess in consultation with the creditor (the organisation where you still have a debt) whether this is possible.

In all cases, request a payment arrangement anyway and state why more repayment is not possible at the moment. We always try to work with you to find a suitable solution.

I need to pay a debt. How can I do this?

You have the option of paying the debt directly via iDEAL. With iDEAL, you can pay online reliably, safely and easily. You pay in the familiar internet environment of your own bank. You can also pay the amount due in cash or by debit card at one of Zuyd Group's locations.
