How long does guardianship last?

Guardianship lasts as long as it is needed. Every five years, the need to continue it is reviewed. An official form is then filled in to renew the guardianship. Sometimes the guardianship can stop earlier. The administrator, together with the client, can submit a request to the court to stop the guardianship.

What does guardianship cost?

The cost of guardianship is set annually by the court. Check here for debt relief fees. In certain cases, clients are eligible for reimbursement of these costs by the municipality. We apply for this reimbursement for our clients.

How much living allowance will I get?

This is different for each client. Before the guardianship starts, we make a budget plan together. This plan is tailor-made. In this way, income and expenses become clear. It also makes clear how much living expenses remain.
