Customer service

On this page, you will find additional information regarding our services. If you still have questions after reading the available information, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help you!

Your debtor does not pay a claim despite several attempts on your part. If so, this is an annoying situation that costs your company or organisation an unnecessary amount of time, energy and money. We can help you solve this problem by using our professional debt collection services.

We aim to collect your claim without court intervention. To do so, we look at the person behind the debtor and the reason for non-payment. In our experience, where letters remain (unopened), a conversation about possible solutions can work wonders and payment quickly follows.

Is this not successful? Then we will start legal proceedings. We have all the expertise to represent your best interests in these proceedings.
