Expertise, a dose of experience, people skills and personal contact are 1-to-1 traits that apply to our approach and vision.
Reaching retirement age, namesake and founder of the firm Louis van Seggelen will hand over the baton. He will remain involved in the coming period as an advisor. Co-owner Ad Megens will remain associated with the new composition as an added bailiff. Daily management of the firm's team of eight employees will be in the hands of Jeroen Schaeken, who has been involved in the firm as a bailiff since 2011 and is a familiar face to Van Seggelen and Partners' existing clients.
Carlo Eussen, director Zuyd Group: "By acquiring Van Seggelen en Partners, we are further deepening our knowledge and doubling our official capacity. We can also professionally fulfil the desire for a specialised debt-collection partner of housing corporations in the south of the country and provide the legal profession with more points of contact for official services such as the issue of writs of summons or the execution of a title.
In addition, we now also have our own lawyer in the field of nuisance and hemp. A great addition to not only our overall service but also to our specialisation for housing associations."
