De Laat part of Zuyd Group

From 1 July 2024, De Laat Bailiffs & Collection Agency will become part of Zuyd Group (zuydgroep.nl). De Laat Bailiffs & Incassobureau is a local Brabant bailiffs' office and specialises in debt collection for local SMEs and housing associations. They have been active for many years and work from the Waalwijk office for various clients in North Brabant.

A personal human approach in a casual collegial atmosphere are 1-to-1 traits that apply to our common working method and vision.

For bailiff and owner Diana Riedijk, a period of handover is beginning and she will remain involved in the organisation as a consultant for the coming period. The office in Waalwijk will be continued and of course all ongoing cases will continue as usual. The current employees will also become part of Zuyd Group in the new composition.

Are you unable to pay by the deadline? Then make a payment arrangement or apply for deferred payment.
